If you’re stressed over finding the best baking sheets, I’ve got the answer! I recently had the pleasure of using Caraway pans, and I’m now 100% certain that they make the best ceramic baking sheet, ceramic pans, and even food storage containers on the market.
While they have a wide range of cookware, I decided to focus on the Bakeware Set, Fry Pan, Saute Pan, and the Food Storage Set for this review because, in my experience, those are some of the hardest ceramic pieces to pull off right! (And I’ve tested a LOT)
As always, my reviews are my opinion, but you can rest assured that I am true to telling it how it is. I’m always looking for items that promote ease of use while also withstanding the test of time of being able to use daily or weekly in the kitchen.

Why Caraway Pans?
As a food cook, I hate using any type of cooking equipment that uses chemicals with long names that I can’t even pronounce. You know what I’m talking about, right? If there is a chemical coating on the baking pan or casserole dish, I’m skimming over the option, and looking for something else. I’ve got littles at home who I need to care for and I’m not about to put toxins in their bodies!
This is one of the biggest reasons why I’ve become a huge fan of this company. These use a healthy ceramic nonstick coating that isn’t chemical-based. I can literally make large batches of food, and not have to worry about chemicals leaking into them as they cook or bake.
For me, this is a big deal.

All of these items have a non-stick coating, have a non-toxic ceramic coating, are safe in the oven up to a whopping 550 degrees Fahrenheit, are made of an aluminized steel body so they are super sturdy and don’t warp, and have stainless steel handles!
My absolutely favorite feature of this bakeware set (and it seems just about everything from Caraway), is that EVERYTHING wipes right off. Nothing sticks to these pans. It’s like magic.
I’ll admit that when I first got these and saw the gorgeous gold handles, I called up customer support to confirm that everything was truly oven-safe. Surly that gorgeous gold coating couldn’t hold up to 550 degrees but… it sure can!
Storage Set
One of my favorite features of this set is the storage containers that come with it! They are sized and designed just for this set so everything in it has a specific spot. This is an amazing way to keep all your stuff organized and actually make it take up LESS space in your cabinets!
They have a handle on the end of each so that you can pull them out like a drawer to reach the stuff tucked away in the back like the loaf pan. It’s absolutely genius!
Caraway Sheet Pan
One unique must-have item in this set is their full-sheet pans! Let me explain why… While it’s not as big as full-size sheet pans, it’s HUGE for a home kitchen. Coming in at a size of 18×13″ (technically a half-size sheet pan), you can literally make an entire batch of cookies quicker than using other standard sheet pans.
Not only that, but it provides an even bake and easy cleaning as well. For the best results when baking cookies, I love this sheet pan.
The best part is that you can also use this to make a one-sheet meal. The large size means that you can cook a ton of veggies in the pan due to the large size!
Pan Fry & Saute Pan
First off, can we all just agree that these pans scream class and beauty? In terms of pans, they just look fancy! And not only do they look fancy, but being made of high-quality materials means that they’re a great option for cooking dinner and meals, without the stress of having a caked-on mess.
These pans can be used on all stovetop surfaces and can be put in a hot oven as well, up to 550 degrees.
Made with a natural non-stick coating, you don’t even have to put any elbow grease into getting the food out of the pans. The heat distribution of the pans is nice and even, making them a great size for cooking or sauteeing foods and veggies.
When I first got these, I immediately put them to the test making eggs and crepes. Sure enough, my fried egg slid all around the pan with just a tilt of the pan which is a dream come true! When the pan cooled off, I was able to make it look brand new by simply wiping it with a cloth. Everything came right off! (I still washed it though, don’t worry!)
The next thing I love about these is the gray color inside. I’ve had other ceramic pans that weren’t nearly as non-stick as these. I loved those until I got these and realized how much more amazing ceramic pans could be! That said, my biggest complaint with my old ceramic pans was that they’d look beautiful and white on day one but then discolor after one or two uses. I’ve had these pans for a few weeks now and the gray color on the inside hasn’t changed a bit! The pans look brand new.
On top of that, the pans each came with a beautiful cork trivet and a cleaning sponge for cleaning any stains on the sides of the pans. Now I know my gorgeous white pans will stay white!
These are a HUGE hit in my house and I’ll definitely be getting more in the future!
For now, I have a small kitchen and I love that these are gorgeous enough to keep on my stovetop – they’re practically a piece of art!
Food Storage Set
I’m also obsessed with the Food Storage Set. It’s the perfect way to save food to be able to enjoy again later. They’re gorgeous to look at, and are easy to store.
I loved that I was able to actually free up space in my cabinet using this storage set because the food storage set came with organizers that you put in your cabinet! It creates little shelves for each piece making them super easy to organize and grab as needed! You won’t ever have to worry about those tubs falling on your head or spilling out of the cabinet again!
The containers are also airtight, making the food last longer and stay fresh. Plus, adding the lids on tight in an airtight seal meant that there were no odors getting in or out of the containers.
The storage sets also come with a cleaning sponge so that you can easily clean them without the worry of damaging them.
And last but not least, they come with “dots and dashes” and elastics! The dots and dashes are little containers that fit within the food storage containers so you can make mini compartments as needed! This is great if you want to use one of the larger containers to hold your lunch for the next day! The elastics wrap around and snap closed around your container as an extra measure to make sure that your container won’t open in your bag!
Using this food storage set is a great way to meal prep for the week, or just store your leftovers! And of course, they are ceramic and non-toxic too – win!

I can’t stress enough that Caraway truly understands beauty and elegance! Not only did they make the simple baking sheet gorgeous, but they packaged everything in the most exquisite way possible making this the perfect gift idea!
Let me explain. The boxes that everything comes in are top-notch. They are seriously a shame to recycle – they belong on a shelf somewhere!
When you open the boxes, everything is displayed as if you were looking at items in a couture store. Many are in beautiful protective bags, wrapped in gorgeous ribbon, and more!
Then there are all the extras like the branded cork trivets and sponges. Everything matches perfectly and is simply a delight to unpack!
They definitely made their items – but especially their sets – gift worthy!
Frequently Asked Questions about Caraway Pans
Do I need to line the ceramic baking sheets with parchment paper?
Not at all. In fact, there is no need to due to the nonstick ceramic coating. Caraway takes pride in its nonstick pans and nonstick sheet pans because they stand behind their products.
There is no need to add aluminum foil or parchment paper to any of their products. That said, if that’s something you really like doing, it’s fine to use them too!
Can I use their products in high temperatures?
Be sure to read the instructions about high heat for all the different options, but yes, for the most part, their products can be added in high-heat ovens. For example, their bakeware is safe up to 550 degree. Their pans on the other hand heat so well, that you really don’t need to go above medium heat – in fact, doing so may overheat them so it’s not recommended.
Are Caraway pans easy to use?
They’re so easy! You can use them for commercial use, or home use – and love every cooking minute. Use their sheet pans to whip up batches of cookies, or fry up some veggies in the frying pan. You can whip up some delicious sheet pan dinners for busy weeknights, too!
